Kishee is the brand name for our premium peanut encrusted beef jerky kilishi, manufactured by Iconic Foods LLC, in Bakersfield California.

What is Kilishi?

Kilishi is a version of West African beef jerky, made popular by the Hausa tribe of northwestern Nigeria. Kilishi is made from thinly sliced strips of lean meat, marinated in a unique blend of spices where each strip is sun-dried for days, making the product shelf stable.  

 

Why Kishee Kilishi? 

Kishee Kilishi is an essential craving, manufactured in Bakersfield California, available to all Kilishi lovers. While we have kept the original Kilishi recipe, our product is different from the commonly sold Kilishi in a few ways:
